GREEN TEA GIN
Harvested in Lugu Township (R.O.C.) by an award-winning tea farming family with over 70 years of experience, these tea leaves are grown at 300 MASL and intentionally selected for their favor and consistency. The leaves are meticulously tested throughout the distilling process in small batches to ensure that the flavors are at their zenith.
TASTING NOTES:
The tea leaves impart notes of barley and lemongrass, accentuating the citrus flavors of the gin.
TO SERVE:
Light and crisp, the Green Tea is an ideal pairing with a splash of tonic, ginger ale, or fresh lemonade.
